Welcome to Eagleville School!  My name is Leslie Trail and I am the Instructional Coach for our school.  I have taught for 15 years in Rutherford County at Eagleville School in grades 9-12.  As  instructional coach, I serve as a facilitator and coach, working and communicating on an ongoing basis with our school leadership team, PLC Team Leads, and, of course, our teachers! In this role, you may find me serving in the following capacities:

 

Instructional Coach for New and Experienced Teachers:

  • Point of Contact for all grades 6-12 new teachers (new to EAG and first year teachers) and facilitator of mentoring.
  • Professional Learning Communities - Participant and guide in PLC meetings for grades 6-12.
  • Learning Facilitator: design and prepare professional development, as needed.
  • Collaborative Teacher: work to aid and assist instruction through planning, modeling, joint designing, implementing, and reflecting – seeking out new opportunities for learning.
  • Resources Hub: provide a variety of resources to/for teachers.
  • Classroom Supporter: increase the quality and efficacy of classroom instruction.
  • Curriculum/Instruction Mentor: ensure implementation of curriculum and alignment of standards instruction.

Leadership: 

  • Work collaboratively with the EAG administrators and leadership team to assess, plan, and assist in instructional mentoring for teachers.
  • Participate on the EAG High School and Middle School leadership teams.

CLEVER is the first place you will go to access your work.  Once you access CLEVER, you will be able to see other pages that we will use in our class to help you with your work.
 
Office 365
Office 365 is where you will access your email and TEAMS.  TEAMS is where all of your final drafts will be due.  This is also where you will save your documents into One Drive.

Skyward
You will use SKYWARD to check your grades.  Grades will be regularly updated (at least 2 times per week).  This is the best way to see if you are missing an assignment in this class.  Please refer to the course syllabus for late work and redo policies on assignments.
