The Science of Skin Color
Phenomena connections & CER (Claim, Evidence, Reasoning). Students watch the following video to make connections to environmental factors coupling with genetics. Students will make a claim for the following question, "Why do humans have different colored skin?". Once their claim is written, students can go back to the video to use evidence supporting their claim. After evidence is produced, students then write down their reasoning.
