This is a short video explaining how to access Microsoft Teams, and our online science and social studies textbooks.

all right everybody here is our online tutorial of how you guys can access some of our different programs and applications during our distance learning person we're going I said today is Microsoft teams in order to access teams the fastest way to get there is to go to the eagle web page and as you can see on here I've highlighted that for you when you can you can go to the web page go directly to the employee email I know that's a little deceiving but the students can access their personal email through there once they've logged into their email and they'll have to use their school user name and password and you can see at the bottom here where I've denoted what that actual login should be once you've actually logged into their email time he'll notice over here this is our waffle icon this is what we use in class very often so the student should be very aware of that and but once you click on that waffle on here on the left you'll notice that it automatically pulls up this apps bar within that apps far you will be able to find Microsoft teams and as soon as you've logged into teams it's ready to go to do is either place whether or not they want to join the science social studies or math team from there they'll be able to see their assignments and once again time frame for the assignments aren't actual graded assignments it's just a place for us to view and to discuss the students work or give them any kind of feedback if they'd like that I'm moving on we now have our science textbook throughout this you're welcome to use the textbook as much as you would prefer to the textbook comes with a workbook as well as online videos I'm an extra resources that the students have access to my class before even if it's something that you would like to use it's also an extra resources well so same thing we're going to go ahead and go to the eagle homepage one more time and this one we're going to actually go to and click on student resources this will then log us into the dashboard for student resources for the students can access clever clever is where all of the students basically have a bank of programs that we use within class so once again they're very familiar with this I'm so right here see there's that clever icon isn't that very first row and then I'll ask the tea or the students were more time to login I'm through Microsoft with that active directory if it takes you back to his screen once again and all they have to do is put in their username in their password and one more thing I wanted to let you know I'm on these screenshots here because I'm logged in as the teacher and some of the screenshots may look a little different from your students or your child access at home just because there will be logging in for student access point and not a teacher's access so once I have logged in to clever you'll notice that there is a bank or an array of applications that we currently use in class if they're all very familiar with I'm a lot of these you can use at home as well it is right here right in the middle misses thrivas that's what we use for science SOL Mill click on that thrivist icon once they click on that thrive is icon it will take them to their class now you'll notice on mine as 5:05 p.m. I see you should just have your child science class on that then when they click on their science class It'll ask them or have them shoes which textbook mine once again shows the few different options but you'll see right there where it says McGraw connect at once you click on McGraw-Hill Connect Ed send them directly to choose their textbook so once again you can see where I have a choice between the teacher login in the student login you'll just see the student access and once you click on that access Book You'll see the student web page of their textbook where they can actually login for work with Pages there's videos there's different types of phenomena in there as well and there's also a variety of activities for them so there's how you access the student online textbook moving on to the Social Studies textbook you will find this is very similar to how we logged into the science textbook and the students will once again just go to student when they can go to student resources again from the evil web page and then they'll plug on Clever just like we've noted here once they log in through the same thing the login with that active directory in the directory will send them once again to their dashboard on Clever of their lives YouTube apps on the right hand side social studies is gallopade so as soon as you click on that gallop a daikon it'll take them directly to their workbook their work but will have online access where they can actually type into the workbook the only problem with that is I cannot see what they have typed in so if it's something where you would like to share that with me you are welcome to you so via email or if you want to possibly just give me some feedback through Microsoft teams and maybe we can work long through that but otherwise access our online social studies teks pretty easy and hopefully you're feeling pretty good about how you
