Welcome to Our Class Webpage

 

Hey guys, I would like to give you some activities that you and your family can do during the time off from school.

I encourage you to move around for 30 minutes a day. 

Some exercises that you can do are 

1. Push Ups

2. Sit ups     

3. Jumping Jacks

4. Squats

5. Lunges

6. Crunches

Choose 3 or 4 of the exercises and try to do 3 sets of 10 reps.
