Welcome! I am Holly Smith.  I graduated from Community High School in 1995. I attended MTSU after high school, where I graduated with a nursing degree in 2000. I am so happy to be the nurse at Eagleville School and look forward to working with you and your child.  Please let me know if I can do anything to assist you.
