Welcome to English class!
Class Supplies:
I am a minimalist when it comes to supplies for class, so all you need are the following. Anything else needed will be provided.
- 3-ring binder (Feel free to combine classes in this binder. I just want you to have a place to keep your handouts.)
- paper (This can be loose leaf or in a spiral notebook.)
- writing tool (pencil or pen, whatever you want)
Where do I go to get my work?
English III - CLEVER will be used to access your Online textbook (Pearson Realize). Most course materials (daily agenda, instructional content, assignments, etc.) will be accessible on TEAMS.
From there, you may be pointed to other websites that require a login. Anytime you login to a website, you will use your school email address ([email protected]) and school password to access the site. You will also use Microsoft TEAMS. You will access TEAMS through your Office 365 Email account.

Distance Learning Plan: In the event we must implement distance learning for a period of time, most items you will need can be accessed through Teams. This includes links to the Daily Schedule and assignments. If you need a print packet, please contact the front office to arrange for pick up.

Clever brings all K-12 application into one secure portal and provide single sign-on for everyone in the district.

Check your grades/attendance regularly through Skyward using your assigned username and password.

You can access your Office 365 account by clicking here, the username and password are the same as your computer login at school. If you need help with how to use different features in your account you can click on this link to download the Office 365 guide.
All RCS students get 5 free downloads of Microsoft Office that can be used on personal devices. You can click on this link to learn more about accessing these downloads.

All online textbooks will be available through Clever. The first time you log in, you will use the following information:
username: your RCS username
password: your last name as it appears in Skyward
This link will take you to a video that provides an overview of the textbook, including locating, completing, and submitting assignments.
